Overall good, but noise is horrifying

I lived in this apartment for 15 months.
PROS:
Execellent workmanship. Managers and maintenance people are very friendly and professional. Responded to any small matters really quickly.
CONS:
I had to move out because of the neighborhood noise was just unbearable. I lived in the 1st floor and the ceiling generated creaking noise when people above move and the walls don't filter the noise AT ALL.
The building is pretty old, so there's ants problem, but manager took care of it.
I'd live there if and only if the noise problem is resolved.
