The management is terrific, which is hard to find in Berkeley. They are on top of repairs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, informing tenants of changes, etc. The building is kept incredibly clean (the pool is kept immaculate as well).

Building is quiet and friendly. Parking is ample and very reasonably-priced (half of the price of most Berkeley apartment parking). Laundry facilities are pleasant and well-maintained.

I have lived in 5 Berkeley apartments and this is the only one I'd highly recommend.

This contradicts most other reviews I read. Others indicated problems with Ants, noise from outside and within, as well as less than well maintained pool. What floor did you live on and facing which direction?
