I have lived here for about a year and think this is just a wonderful place. I read reviews about bad noise, but I have never experienced this even though I live facing Shattuck. Our windows were replaced pretty early on, so that might account for how quiet it is. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this place since they are constantly making upgrades to the building and grounds, and they are extremely responsive to any problems. Extra points since the building manager and/or the rest of the staff accept UPS and FedEx packages on our behalf so we don't have to trek out to the distribution center!
