Barrows House 50% Recommended Apr 27 2008: I really enjoyed living here. It has been an incredible experience. Dont listen to the other person in the previous review, apparently he got into some problems with the R.A. and decided to make it hard for the house to Renaissance Villas 20% Recommended Apr 24 2008: I tried contacting this management for a viewing and finally got one. The property manager was unprepared that day and we had to reschedule an appointment to view it a few days later. That day of the viewing she called Acton Courtyard 67% Recommended Mar 27 2008: Although the apartments are well designed and in good condition, the rent is too high and gets much higher when you add electric(heat), gas, water, sewer, and garbage - all paid by the tenant. The "free" internet is useless if Stadium Place 25% Recommended Dec 20 2007: The apartment itself is in pristine condition. My apartment is on the corner so it has a nice sized living room and very large windows that allow a nice cross-breeze in the summer. My view consists of the Berkeley and University Park Apartments 100% Recommended Nov 29 2007: Very quiet overall. The building isn't that well insulated but everyone is pretty quiet. Getting a bit expensive but they are doing a lot of upgrades and it's starting to look a lot nicer. My unit was remodeled and is very nice |
