I love living here. I've been her 7 years and have never had any problems with my neighbors or management. Recently the gym was moved into that large room with the flat screen T.V. It is so easy to use and is well maintained. George and the whole maintenence staff is polite and hard working. Since Lilly has magnaged the property she has been a breath of fresh air. She's always willing to talk to you when you come to the office. The new leasing agent, Rob, is fun and enjoyable to talk with on the phone, always polite. The grounds are beautiful, just like a condo property. The units are very nice. Comfort describes my life here at Emerald Place.

I have to be honest... this sounds like management wrote this. this isn't the worst apartment complex but it is hardly this wonderful. the grounds are beautiful in some spots and in others the grass is yellow and the bushes are dying. there are beer cans left on the grounds and trash builds up at the trash bins constantly with overflowing garbage and broken furniture. the other evening one of the residents was in the spa with his kids and they poured soap in it and it looked like he was bathing his kids.
