Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
You can hear your upstairs neighbors and since the new management nothing is being cared for. The back gate has been broken for weeks. I know any day that there will be an accident. The treadmill in the gym has been broken for even longer. They just would rather spend money on a stupid fountain than things that really matter. My electric bill was $260 last month because the AC doesnt work and the management wont do anything to fix. Save your money!!!!
