Having lived in other apartment communities I have to say that none are quiet. They all seem to have thin walls/floors and it's something I've learned to put up with. The neighbors make a big difference and those who live here are overall considerate people. The only way to get "quiet" is to buy a house , so I can't compare an apartment to that.
It isn't perfect, but it's an above average place to live and lately, especially, the management seems more eager to please.
