Here's how much my husband and I hated this place...
I was just happened to be on this site a year after I've moved out and was appalled to notice my review (that I wrote about 8 months ago) was no longer here. The manager of this building, Demteri and his wife Laura, are the absolute worst. Don't ask them to do anything, because they are the laziest people ever and will hate you for inconveniencing them. I think Demetri is in his pajamas 24/7 by the way. When I told him that the garage was leaking ---- onto my car, he said, "There is nothing I can do! You must not park your car so far in the spot! There are no other spots for you!" Also, if you want a second parking spot, forget it. Oh, and if you have a second car (cause two people in a one bedroom just might) don't think you'll get a permit for that car because the city of Beverly Hills just won't give you anything but an overnight pass (which gets you from 2:30-5:30am). There are so many more problems with this place (along with the a/c not being turned on when hot), but my best advice is just to STAY AWAY!
