Pleasant and Convenient

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1998
 
Nice building, well-maintained, reasonably large rooms. Most residents a bit older. Pool is not especially nice, white wall to wall carpeting is quite offensive in apartments. Overall, a lovely place in a pretty chic and convenient location, only 1/2 block from flats of Beverly Hills.
