I have been a tenant at the Bonita Cedar Apts for over 4-years. I truly enjoyed the amount of space in the 2bdr and having 2 bth. The included garage offered was an excellent touch. At one point I was going to move and after searching San Diego, realized that you cannot get as much space, 2 bths and a garage that was included in the rental price. Not sure how long the other reviewers lived at the Bonita Cedar Apts, but they must not have ventured out into San Diego to see the competition and how much less you get for your money. Maintenance has been steady and always on hit with obliging maintenance requests. The grounds are clean and well-kept and I have many fond memories at the jacuzzi/pool. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family. I had a great view facing the mountains and this is where I found peace & serenity . . . .
