Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This place was nice when I first moved in, Feb 2008. Now there is mostly section 8 families here and are they bringing down the apartment value. Once I stepped out of the laundry room for barely 10min and my clothes were stolen out of the dryer. My garage and 2nd car has been broken into. Always parties by the pool. I've caught the security patrolman sleep in his car a number of times. Never any good parking and I am paying over 1600 a month for this ---- hole. Oh toliet and garbage disposal keeps clogging. The management pretend to care when you bring a problem to their attention, but dismiss the problem once you leave. I am currently in the process of moving. DONT COME HERE!
1 more thing before I go, my neighbors blast music at 4am...
