My fiance and I have lived here for a year and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. (The day we moved in, our faucet exploded, and the maintenance man, who had just left the premises, turned around and came back within 15 minutes!) Most pet owners pick up after their pets, and it is a family-friendly community. We've never had a problem finding parking, however we have experienced some vandalism to our cars (slashed our soft top and rummaged around - they only stole my San Diego map!!! - and sprayed/poured paint on our car and two others). We lived in the far corner of the property, so no real noise, though I can't speak for the rest of the community. We've loved living here and are sorry to leave! (We are moving to be closer to our jobs!)
P.S.: They are giving us more of our deposit back than was originally quoted! Can't beat that! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
