1- Insufficient parking, one assigned parking spot (Most households have two vechiles per family)
2- Gated community: The gate breaks down often leaving the gate open at all hours for anyone to enter, vandalize cars, break into mail boxes.
3- Mail boxes: Have to drop off mail into the main office due to vallet road mail box constatntly being broken into.
4- Parking enforcement: Park Bonita states in the lease you have to park nose in but people park nost out. (Park bonita sends out citations for people parking in the wrong spot, not enforcing any rules)
5- Replacement of Apt items: Stove and Dishwasher went out and had to wait over 2 weeks for a replacement. All the food went bad in my fridge and they stated that the apartment insurnace will cover the bill, meanwhile park bonita could have temporary loan us a stove to use for the time period.
6- Staff unprofessionalism: My spouse was very sexually harassed by a maintenance worker, she informed park bonita management and they didnt believe her and thought she was making it all up.
7- Bad paint job: There is layers of paint over another, instead of taking it down and removing any mold, and old paint they just painted over it to hide it. The metal structure by the windows are weak and rusted, and moldy and they just plaster over it and paint over it to cover it up. All these conditions caused my family to be sick.
8- Power ouletes: These plugs won't hold any power plugs due to being worn and used through out the years. Park Bonita stated that it had a renovation done but they just touched up the flaws.
9- Noisy neighbors: Informed the management about the upstair loud neigbors and they informed me to deal with it, and confront the neighbors upstair. The management should adress the upstairs neigbors , instead of myself confronting the which will cause problems.
10- People are at the Pool after the designated hours smoking weed, swimming, and drinking. The rules arent enforced as they say in the lease agreement.
