So many problems and none of the rules are enforced. I've lived here for more than two and a half years and I've watched it get progressively worse. When we moved in the staff was helpfull and courteous. In the last few months I've gotten multiple calls and letters from them that were extremely rude that had to do with goofs in their paper work. I've had every member of the office staff lie to my face at different times. I've had to have the maintenace staff in about once a month for the last year because the toilette won't stop running. When they started charging for water last year I was told that they expected the bill to be twenty or thirty dollars tops but the cheapest bill I've gotten since was fourty five and they've gone up to over sixty five. My fridge stopped working and it took more than two weeks for them to replace it; I was told when it first broke that they'd have a new fridge for my apartment within a couple days. When the motor on my washing machine went bad it took three weeks to get maintenence in to fix it. The "security" gates are constantly broken. I haven't personally had problems with vandalism or robery but I know two people in the complex that have had their apartments broken into and been robbed. I also have reason to beleive that at least some members of the maintenance staff are far from upstanding citizens. The land scaping is generally okay but the place is infested with a variety of bugs and spiders that the staff basically ignore. Every weekend there are people in the parking lot cleaning their cars with their music so loud that the windows rattle. My bathroom and kitchen counters are literally peeling apart. The carpet has brownish black stains that will disappear for a day or so after being cleaned and then return worse than before. I've had to have maintance in to fix the bathroom drains repeatedly and they never work for long. I complained about my stove over a year ago and they replaced the burner but it still takes more than a half hour to preheat and the burners only work off and on. There is really nothing good that I can say about these apartments or their staff.

I agree with all the remarks. Where are the rent money going?? Instead of covering up the problem why not replace them with a new one? And yes it takes months and months for it to be replace which is terrible!!! Well we're planning to move out of here anyways. I told people about Park Bonita. Its sure is a bad remark. Sooner or later this place will fall apart. And the manager needs to be replace (for those who lives at Park Bonita know who im talking about) i mean she sure forgets a lot of stuff. Thats a BIG NO NO! And the young woman that works their even admitted that to me.(I wont mention her name as well). At least she told me the truth.
