My sister went in a week ago, and turned in the application, and was at the bank to get a cashiers check for the deposit, and as she was in line she got a call, It was Park Bonita letting her know that she was denied, and to get there office ASAP. So she went to there office to find out that she had bad credit, and then they wanted to go over her report. So then she said well may I have an application for my Boss, Because we are both transfering to this area, and ther response was no because you were denied, so you aren't even allowed past our gates. So she walked out and told the Dumb Blonde "WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING".
They were very rude, and the Apartments aren't even nice. They are run down, and the so called washer and dryer are older than the hillls.
YOU WOLD THINK THAT BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS SO RUNN DOWN THAT THEY WOULD MAKE AN EXCEPTION WITHT THE MONEY THAT SHE MAKES.
