Robbed once by neighboring hoodlums and secondly by the apartment managers! The main gate was always open, the passenger gates always "malfunctioning" as one manager put it. Horrible customer service from Katherine. She was consistantly rude and couldn't even remember my name, although she had spoken to me about 5 times in three days. My apartment was robbed, and after I was ensure I would not be charged for the mud ground into the carpet, somehow I still ended up with a carpet cleaning fee. There is no onsite security and the lighting is very poor. Don't rent here!!!!!!! Out of the $1000 deposit, I got $260 back for what I like to call miscellaneous BS, that by law is not chargeable. BEWARE!

it's sad to see that this complex has gotten so many bad reviews it's unbelievable, but thanks to these reviews I ended up not renting here again. I lived here for about 3 months and ended up having to break my lease due to personal reason but I thought it was a nice complex until my car got vandalized and well the lizards where always over my house. So thanks all for these reviews because there's no way in hell I will ever move here.
