We have lived here about a year and a half and in that time it has been a miserable experience. For one, the construction is so bad that the floor,ceiling fan, and windows creak and shake very loudly so you cannot sleep at night or watch television with any peace or enjoyment. And if you have noisy and inconsiderate neighbors such as we have, it is ten times worse. The windows get moldy because of the poor air circulation and the apartment has a moldy, musty odor no matter how clean you are, burn candles, buy fresheners and plug ins, it won't help. Even our wardrobe had an embarassing odor. Crime is a factor also. Our neighbors behind us were robbed and Summertime around here is the worst. The pool hours are ignored and there is no onsite security patrolling the area. You are basically on your own. The cupboards are cheap and have a moldy smell. The freeway is very loud. I would not recommend these apartments at all. The management is very behind in the times as far as safety and upkeep.
