2 years lived at this place. Should've moved after 1st year. But we were idiots from staying another. Our truck was broken into and wiped out. Some of our clothing was stolen from laundry room. It happens all the time apparently. Parking is horrendous. People throwing parties late at night .

Not a Secure Property The complex has went down since I moved in. There are way to many car being broken into. No security cameras, security patrolman is useless. It is time to move. If i wasnt locked in this lease I would be gone. Do not rent here unless you want your car stolen or broken

Great Place to Live I have been living here for 3 months and I absolutely love it. It's a quiet, nice environment. Great schools for my kids and the bus picks the up right outside of the apartments. The maintenance is very good, the grounds are well kept and super clean. I recommend

Great Rental Property. Lovely Place to live, Great Management, maintenance always fixed in a timely manner.Minutes to 32nd ST Naval Base, access to all major highways. Only one issue is that the one bedrooms are a little expensive. I'm happy I have a 2 bedroom.

Nightmare for sure. Lying and deception is an art form here... Not in another million years would I rent here. Office staff will lie to get your money. Gate broken forever(what security) Carpets disgusting. Loud music and fighting everywhere. Drag racing down Valley Rd nightly. Dog poop all over.
