I lived at the apartments for 10 years - I believe is a nice place to live. Well, for me it was i only had a baby and it was perfect,,,mostly families and a nice inviroment. There are many Christian family and that worked for me because I am christian,, so i believe that if you don't mess around with anybody you should be fine..
