Excellent place but ridiculous price jumps every new lease term

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I loved my little jr. bdrm and lived there from mid '99 to mid 2001. Everything was fine and convenient. However, 1) in spite of being an excellent resident, they kept hiking the rent on me every 6 months by about $75. I went from paying 635 when I first moved there to 785 when I left and if I'd signed for another year, the new rate would have been 850! Unless you're really planning on using all the amenities offered there like the pools and tennis courts (which I never used) and you just have to live in Brea, then yes live here. Otherwise, there's better options out there.
