If you are no hassle type of person and don't have too many requirements, this place is not bad. I had minor ant problems but nothing that was out of control. I rarely dealt with management but everytime I did go in to the office they were pretty friendly. I lived in area where it wasn't too close to the pools but close to the laundry so it wasn't swarming with kids but there are a few kids on the property. Parking was ok, not bad but better then most places.

I would recommend this place however it is pricey. I think if you use the ammenities then it might be a good deal and being so close to the mall and the freeway are definite pluses.
