Very poor management. Even though it is a gated community cars wait behind you to pull in; anyone has access to the inside. My vehicle was broken into once. The laundry facilities often have at least one washer and dryer that do not work properly. Outdoor lighting stays broken for quite a while. Slow maintenance. Rent jumps dramatically when your lease is up for renewal.
