I'VE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS I REALLY ENJOY THIS COMPLEX. I'VE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THE STAFF HERE AT BIRCHWOOD. THE OFFICE AND MAINTENCE STAFF ARE INDEED FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE ONLY THING THAT I DONT LIKE IS THAT THERE ARE ALOT OF TEENAGE KIDS ROAMING AROUND LATE AT NIGHT, LEAVING A TRAIL OF MESS BEHIND THEM, AND THEY GATHER AROUND THE PARKING LOTS OR FRONT OFFICE MAKING LOUD NOISE AND CAUSING DISTURBANCES.
