I've lived in apartments all my life, so I know good and bad apartments (I just moved out and wanted to give them some kudos after reading some other reiews on here).
The thing that impressed me was when they kicked out this punk that was running around partying at night (not many managers I've run into have the guts to turn away a paying customer).
Birchwood Village has the nicest office staff (okay, the girls do get really busy at some times) and the maintenance guys are pretty fast (pretty big staff, so it usually gets done faster).
Really cool parking!!
