we got a very less time to look for apartments when moved into Birch Wood Village otherwise if we would have known little about these people definitely we would not even dared to look at the leasing office. First the apartments seemed nice . and diana she hadn't even shown us the apartment which we are going to rent and she said some repair work is going on in the unit. She had shown us their model unit in which they have Microwave and refrigrator. when we entered our unit we were shocked there is no refrigrator or microwave and ther were lot of bugs and roaches. the first day when we entered into the complex my husband's car has got flat tire. After the expiration of our lease we decided to move out from the apartment and unfortunately we strucked there due to some delay in my husband's job transition and the leasing manager she even didn't notified us about the price for M2M and when I asked after our lease term she said it's $1450 for a single bedroom apartment actually we were paying $1165 when we were on our lease. That's too expensive for the kind of amenities they provide. The pool is full of kids during weekends and whole summer. The area has lot of noise and boozers. Our final 2 months were like 20years.
