I lived there for 2 years, moving out just recently; they rip you off with maintence checkout costs! kids, door slamming, dogs, not a quiet place (either insulation, thin walls, whatever). Overpriced, they are lucky its all about location. Staff is rude, apartments get real hot due to only one wall unit a/c in the living room-none in the bedrooms. cable sucks (direct tv), internet is a mess (dsl), trash containers are always overflowing, pools are usually filled w/kids, no parking for guests.....look to pay at least 1100 for a one bedroom. maintence staff is lazy, the apartment itself uses cheap materials. security is null, all they have to do is wait for someone to open gate. there's been break ins in cars, the police don't do much saying it is "private property" and it's up to complex to patrol (none) the grounds.
