There is no professionalism out there, especially with a lady called "Vivian". It's very hard to deal with her as she lies a lot. She brings shame to Birchwood Village. If she is not fired, she would cause more damage to somewhat reputation left with Birchwood.

Watch out your money part, especially during your move-in and move out.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH "VIVIAN". If you do, you are at risk of losing your hard earned money as she will add undue charges when you move out.

Also, if you try to argue on the weird charges, she'll delay sending the final settlement letter(move-out statement) so that it could be sent to collection agent after 15 days of issuing the move-out letter. She'll make sure that you would receive the move-out statement after 4 or 5 weeks. Meanwhile, if you enquire about the move-out statement, she would lie to you that it was sent and on subsequent call, she would say "I don't recollect your request to send the move-out statement".

You will never get your deposit amount.

At first the place was nice. Now the management is a nightmare!! Rent increased, constant notes on doors and policy changes, and loud neighbors! Dogs allowed to be off leashes, people not cleaning up after pets. Kids out late riding bikes in herds around parking lot late at night. Landscaping crappy. Constant up grades. My lease was completed wrong 4 times. Read carefully before you sign here!! They never have information filled out correctly!! Entered my apartment without permission! No security. People wait at the gate and enter. I have seen strangers and staff digging through the trash. I have had my identity stolen in the past. The maintance guy drives up in the golf cart and just looks through the trash. I find that unacceptable!
