This place sucks...

Management is just crap. They don't know their job properly. I had to call the maintenance department five times to create a maintenance request. Cooler does not function at all specially during peak summer. Looks like they come up with their own figures for rent hikes. When I asked them, they said it is market rate. Then I said, I am planning to move out of this place and immediately they reduced it by $60. I won't recommend this place to the worst of my enemies...
