i've been here for 10 months now and really like it. my neighbors are ok & quiet - i was woken up one night by a dog barking - 1 night! no loud parties, no gansters, no street noise, no problems.
when i go to the office i get treated ok. i don't go often, pay me rent, ask for something to be fixed - but everybody seems nice.
i referred someone from work, they moved in and i got a check pretty. it took almost 6 weeks.
complex is really pretty - new paint, signs, plants, etc.
of course you get charged at move out unless you paint & clean. sounds like everybody just needs to grow up.
