Yes, they are boldface liars but the grounds are nice

We signed a lease 4 weeks before we were to move in. They called 3 weeks later and said they were going to raise the rent $10 measley dollars per month - ridiculous. I informed them this was against the law, and they abated. However, they did not honor the finders referral from mynewplace.com, and for a 10 month lease just happened to be the same $100. Unbelievable! The grounds are nice but they do lie right to your face. If you can avoid even talking with them, and that's ALL OF THEM, you might like it here. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
