We signed a lease 4 weeks before we were to move in. They called 3 weeks later and said they were going to raise the rent $10 measley dollars per month - ridiculous. I informed them this was against the law, and they abated. However, they did not honor the finders referral from mynewplace.com, and for a 10 month lease just happened to be the same $100. Unbelievable! The grounds are nice but they do lie right to your face. If you can avoid even talking with them, and that's ALL OF THEM, you might like it here.
