moved in march 07 and will be here until i buy. here's what i like - lots of trees and pretty landscaping - laundry room is close and usually clean - mechanics are quick and leave my place clean - office is nice, really like jeannine and lourdes they both make me feel really good everytime i see them - was walking my dog last week and one of the mechanics gave her a toy and said thank you for walking her on a lease, that was way cool of them - clubhouse is really big and has a great kitchen good for parties, needs new furniture though - newer machines at the fitness centers - i never see any trash anywhere. here's what i don't like - guest parking is too far away - its kinda of pricey - only 1 of the gates work after the office closes - pools close too early

The guest parking is definitely concentrated in a few places. If it's not close to your apartment, then it's not convenient. I agree that it's problematic that they do access key control for the "main" gate after 6pm, but that's not the gate with a stoplight. If you try to leave the complex at 6:05 pm, you leave through the mid-block exit into the middle of rush-hour traffic with no stop light. It's a pain.
