The staff here are a bunch of liars. I'm not one to complain and my husband and I pretty much mind our own business. Our garbage disposal broke and our kitchen sink area was flooded. We kept calling the office over and over and over and over and over again. The staff there always has an excuse. The maintenance guys are at another property. The manager's at another property. blah blah blah blah. Tell me where that other property is so I can move there. Don't get suckered into this place. Can't wait to move when our lease is up.

You're obviously an office staff. I've heard this has heppened a few other times with neighbors. Plus I shouldn't have to drop off a letter after I called and spoke with someone over the phone.

That is a totally messed up and bogus response, as there are like 3 or 4 _dedicated_ maintenance staff at the property!!! The one time that I thought a repair had dropped through the crack, I followed up with a letter that I dropped off at the office, politely requesting a repair. They handled it the same day.

Just buy your own home and shut up already!!! For what you pay in rent you might as well be paying a mortage! Then you won't have anywhere to write about these petty issues!
