Yikes, that sucks. The contracted pest-control company couldn't handle that? To get rid of termites in houses, you need to evacuate the house and tent. What's the procedure for an apartment? And can you tell us which building so we can avoid it?

The termite company came out the same day he requested. This guy is just a complainer. I do not work for the management company or their office... but I know this guy...
