I signed a lease two months ago. BIG MISTAKE. It took over a week to get a garbage disposal fixed and when maintenance came to fix something they went through closed doors to our rooms. NO reason at all to search our apt. MANAGEMENT is horrible. They told me they would be back to me within 48 hours and its been over ten days with no attempt to help me. This is BS. Save yourself the hassle!!

That totally sucks. Not acceptable. I'll offer you the advice to do what I did when they dropped the ball on something for me: drop off a letter in the office. That got me a solution -fast-.
My next step would have been a certified letter with delivery confirmation, but it never got that far. Letter in the office ("this is to follow up with my request of XX/YY/XX") got their attention.
