Country Hills Apartments

A quiet place to live... From: Silentgrrl Date posted: 9/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived in Brea for about 5 years now and in this apartment community for about a year now. I am glad that I made the move here. This is a great place to raise a family. It is nice and quiet, the neighbors are friendly with an exception of a few disturbances, which management handled quickly. Our apartment is big compared to what we lived in, I think it came with the age of the property, if something is broke, we put in a work order, and with a little patience it's fixed, if it can't be fixed, they replace it! The Management staff has been nice and professional, always made us feel like we were home here at Country Hills. The Pool was just refinished and it's great along with 2 spas one in the Pool area and one secluded giving couples a chance to share some quiet time. Vending machines are a plus, because when you run out of your favorite drink, you don't have far to go. And if you don't see your favorite drink, you can drop a line with the office staff and surprise there is your drink in the vending machine :) Also there is a liquor store but a walks distance from the apartments. The grounds are kept nice, I see the gardeners all the time so that tells me that the company cares for the way the community looks to those looking to move in as well as to those that live here. One thing I do like is that the flowers change with the season. The rent is worth the atmosphere, besides where can you get together with your neighbors and have a BBQ at the pool on the weekend for no reason! Reminds me of the way things use to be with neighbors :) It's a great place to live and we look forward to being here for a long time. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
