It's been a good year

We have lived here for a year, and this place is great. We just want to move closer to work, that is the only reason we are leaving. I really never dealt with the staff unless I had to drop of rent, otherwise if I had a maintenance problem-it was taken care of within minutes. They keep the property very clean, and as far as a raccoon or wild animals, I have not seen anything. It's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from the 57-you really can't beat it. Their rent prices are comparable with every other SoCal apt.
