I"m currently living in this apartment and I advice all to stay away from there. These are old apartments, air conditioning is bad, dishwashers are bad,faucets are bad, electric sockets are lose and it takes about 2-3 weeks to have the staff fix even a minor problem.Don't trust the girls in the leasing office.The worst part is the staff.I don't understand who hires these snobbish women. They must be making 10 bucks an hr but they treat you like ---- as if they are the owners of the complex. I mean I feel as if the moment I hand them the rent check and turn around, they start talking crap about me.And even my cheap student housing in college offered better maintenance then these guys.My lease expires in short while and I"m moving out. I don't know if my next apartment would be any better but I want to get out of here.I hate their staff, they suck big time.

All comments mentioned above are correct. The walls have NO INSULATION in them at all. You may as well rent a lot and pitch a damn tent. They use little window units in these apartments and the units are only in the living room. I do admit one thing, that damn heating works well. Great of you have poor circulation LOL! I cannot understand why they installed central heating and did not add a chilled water system to it later. Guess it makes too much sense. Let me put it to you this way, the area in Brea is nice, the staff is RUDE and if you are not one of their blow buddy friends you get treated like crap. My suggestion, go pay more rent and find a more modern apt. complex with better management.
