I moved in on May 15 03. During the walk thru of my "new" apartment with the office staff we noticed several things wrong with the apartment. Garbage disposal, Shower and broken kitchen cabinet. The office staff submited the work order for me and I got a response from the maintenance staff that it would be taken care of as soon as the parts came in. Neve heard from them again. The maintenance staff here are worthless unless what ever it is your trying to get fixed is on fire or leaking.
I never had a problem with the office staff at all except for the time the mechanical arm/gate came down on my car. It didn't dent anything but it did leave paint scratches. I reported this to them and Kathy the Naziesque manager told me it was my fault for trying to go thru the gate without using my gate key. This ended up in an argument between us and nothing got resolved.(The gate was stuck in the up position as happened numerous times) Hey Kathy I bet you wonder who broke the mechanical arm/gate all those times. Payback is a -----.
The apartments are very old and if you live upstairs like I did you will notice on day one the floors have loose spots where the wood pulled away from the studs and there are also several spots with holes in the floor. The dishwashers here are completly USELESS. You will have to wash by hand if you live here. Also the wall mounted AC units are a joke. Heaters are barely adequate.
The grounds are maintained weekly. However and this is not an exageration the place is completly and totally infested with spiders. They are everywhere. You will find them in your apartment, your car DO NOT store anything of value outside. There are some problems with Racoons in the trash and skunks.
They are a bit more exspensive. The payoff is it is mostly quiest and secure. You decide if its worth it. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
