You must be one of those ladies who work in the office. Cause so many negative reviews can't be wrong. The office staff is horrible, just horrible.

I think you must be the best friend of staff to live here so long. Only some of the staff have lived here as long. I'm glad they take good care of you. They, however have not been as helpful to most everyone else. The police have indeed been called out more than once. Laundry is constantly stolen. It wouldn't be so bad if the staff acted like they cared. They do not. My power bill was $250 dollars due to the good air conditioning system. I asked and did not get a new one.

Yeaaaah Right !!!!!!!!! That beloved apartment manager of yours is the worst freaking apartment manager I've ever seen. Rudest lady in the world. Won't even say hi to you after signing the lease. And forget about getting her to get any work done in the apartments. I wonder why the parent company still keeps her. If a survey were done, it would be discovered that every resident hates that rude lady.

This person must obviously be within the manager click. I still live in this complex and have for going on 9 years now. This manager is very rude and so is the assistance manager. I have had several problems with my apartment and have had to write a letter to Western National which owns this complex. There was 2 home invasion robberies which were on the local news. Brea police have been here several times for noise, break-ins to apartments, and cars have been vandalized. So, apprently this person must never have left their apartment to even notice there surroundings or was home but only to sleep and eat.

Yep, only spent six months here then moved. The staff, RUDE! The maintenance people, DUMB! One cannot speak a lick of english, the so called maintenance supervisor is a joke. All the maintenance men are unqualified, the only thing they should be doing is CLEANING TOILETS! Maybe not even that! If Western National wanted to improve this place they could:
1.)Clean house of all management and get someone worth a damn.
2.)Instead of hiring unqualified maintenance personel hire men that can do the job right the first time. But we all know the answer to that one. It cost money to hire someone that is worth a damn if you catch my drift.
If all the above was done, they place would not be a bad place to live.
For all you people that say how lovely Kathy is and how lovely the Asst. Manager is you must be one of their pals. I am an easy person to get along with. Believe me, as soon as you sign that lease they treat you like CRAP!
