Staff Indeed is horrible

I'm living here for the last 1 and a half years. Here is my list of the nice and the bad things about this complex:
NICE things:
1.If you are away from Birch street, apartments normally are quiet.
2.Close to freeway and the neighborhood is nice.
BAD THINGS:
1. The apartment manager and other office staff are horrible. They never help you and act as if they are doing you a favor by letting your live here.
2.Apartment manager is rude like hell. Never helps the residents. When so many people are writing against someone, you better believe it.
3.For the price, the apartments are not great at all. Old ACs, old dishwashers, broken sprinklers, often broken entry gate, poor carpets, old windows etc etc.
4.No sense of community. You feel like you are living in a boring, isolated group of houses. No community based activities.
5.Not better at all the other cheaper apartments available within 1-4 miles radius.
6.As other have mentioned, the worst part is the attitude of the office staff. Those are just not helpful at all.
