I would definitely not recommend this place. Walls are so paper thin that you can hear everything your neighbors do(talking, walking, having sex). Office staff could care less if you have problems with your apartment. If you have a work order, unless they have the parts onsite then you end up waiting to have your issues addressed. Constantly have to follow-up on issue with apartment to get manager to address them. If you disagree with this then you must obviously be within the manager's click. I still live in this complex and have for going on 9 years now. This manager is very rude and so is the assistance manager. There was 2 home invasion robberies which were on the local news. Brea police have been here several times for noise, break-ins to apartments, and cars have been vandalized.

Im a resident at Country Hills and have been for 3 years. If you think it's so bad at Country Hills then why have you stayed. All of my encounters with the office people have been good. They even collected my mail when I was away. I asked a neighbor who has been here for over 26 years about the robbery and it was a really long time ago over 7 or 8 years they think.

You must be a blow buddy of the manager/asst manager. LIKE ANOTHER USER PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, ALL THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE WRONG! YOU ARE PROBABLY THE MANAGER!
