They should have month to month contract due to the price ...
The staff is ok one call and they arrive on the spot.
The area location is peaceful and close to shopping centers and Cal state Fulurton.
but its scary becouse our Apt was fulied of bed bugs....GROSS
But they cleaned it and moved us to another room at no cost....

Hello,
I am thinking about moving into this apartment complex and they offer to take $200 off the the yearly rent... I am a little suspicious and am wondering what apartment had the bed bugs? maybe thats why? then again, you posted this a long time ago... just wondering!
