The location of this apartment complex, it's beautiful grounds and the arbor of trees that welcome you, really sold us on the apartments. The apartment itself needs to be updated, especially for the rediculous rent that is charged. Parking is horrible and guests are forced to park at the liquor store or on the street. I have to say that the main reason that I would give this place a thumbs down is because of the front office staff; they do not follow through when they say they will, our lease was written up wrong... I could go on and on about the staff!! I think that they could even be rejects from the DMV employment list!!!

In addition to yours, I see several complaints about the staff here. Let me say that in my six months here, I have had ZERO problems with management. If you're the type of person that will cause problems for other tennants, I have no doubt that Kathy Hill, the supervising manager will not put up with any sh**, which I appreciate. Are you constantly demanding things? Don't want to follow the rules? Just a jackass? I can only speculate, becuse I am friendly and reasonable with the staff and have received the same in return.
