I have lived here for a year now and I have been very satisfied with the management. They are always friendly and willing to help. Kathy will go out of her way to make you happy. Maintenance has never been an issue; the few repairs that I have needed have been taken care of very promptly. The grounds are kept well, but without tons of unnecessary flowers and things like that. Overall, it is a nice community to live in, especially for small families.

My only complaint is that there are often skunks running around. They have never sprayed me or anyone I have talked to, but they do make me nervous. Oh, and there are two older men who have trucks with bumper stickers of confederate flags and gun advocacy, but I just tend to give them really dirty looks.
