If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, well-kept apartment complex, Country Woods is NOT for you. These are older apartments that are poorly maintained. In the year we have lived here we have numerous problems with the garbage disposal, the lights, the bathroom fan, the toilets, and the sinks.
The apartment is dark and stuffy. The air-conditioner only cools off the five feet directly in front of it. It's rather useless.
There is constant construction going on in this community. At this very moment, I am listening to a LOUD hammering directly outside my window. There is a crew here apparently working on the walkways. As usual, the crew itself is as loud as their tools. SO MUCH NOISE!! ALL THE DAMN TIME!!
Also, they're trucks are parked all over the already cramped parking areas blocking the entrances!!
If you are looking to rent in Brea, there's got to be a much better place for you than Country Woods, especially for what you'll pay here.
