If I had to list every bad thing about renting at Country Woods, you'd have a chapter book in front of you. Renting here has turned out to be a BIG mistake. It seems that many other residents feel the same because lately there has been a slew of people moving out.

The management here is HELL (notice the capital letters). They are rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and slow. Dealing with their incomptence is almost unbearable. Even dropping off the rent check with them is a hassle.

Also, if you have small children, please be aware that the pool on this property is NOT enclosed by a locked fence. There are four gates around the general pool area that do not directly enclose the pool and these gates are usually open or unlocked when I walk by. This creates an EXTREMELY UNSAFE environment for children. PARENTS, PLEASE BEWARE!!

Another bad thing about this place is that it doesn't have central air. Don't expect the air conditioner to be much help during the hot summer months.

And you know the running creeks and professional landscaping they boast about''' Well, the running creeks are seldom running. I hope you like looking at dirty, murky water that stands still like a dark puddle. I also hope you like trekking through fallen leaves and tree branches everyday. The walkways are always covered in them.

As for noise, I can hear just about everything that goes on with the guy next door. Yes, it's great being able to hear him singing in the shower at 5 am! Also, the pipes are very loud so everytime he turns on the faucet I'm well aware of it.

Bottom line, this place SUCKS!!!! Can't wait till the lease is up. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
