lots of problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   -pool area not fenced in--unsafe -dirty laundry facilityies -loud neighbors -many rent increases -lots of noise from maintenance workers and upstairs neighbors -cracks all over the cement -crappy office staff --Just wanted to say, I've lived in several apartments in the area and this has been one of the WORST.
