This is a very beautiful community. I have lived here for 2 years and in that time they have given me new carpet, I've won dinner for two, the Christmas gift wrapping is amazing. They rebuilt a gazebo, re-surfaced the tennis courts, totally remodeled the clubhouse, they have done extensive wood work and rebuilt all the decks and landings. My God, haven't you people seen the horrible stories on the news about people who have guests at their apartments and the substandard deck falls and people died'''!!! I'm glad my landlord reinvests the money to make it safe. The average person goes to work all day, I'm one of those people...so all the noise is over for the day by the time I get home. Let's get back to my list...they resurfaced all the parking lots, resurfaced many of the pretty streams (it probably would have been cheaper to just fill them with dirt, but the streams provide the ambiance, so I'm glad they spent the money). I'm told that this year the pool will be re-fenced, the fitness center will get all new equipment and all the washers and dryers will be replaced with a "smart card" system and all new more efficient machines. Trust me, anyone who is complaining or has negative feedback is not realistic and does not understand real estate investing at all!! He can probably go live in a substandard retrofit apartment behind a garage in Santa Ana and never be bothered by improvements being performed by his landlord!
