I moved in at the end of November 03. It seems like the kind of apartment that you either love or hate.
I've only had minor problems with both the maintenance and the office staff, but problems are problems and they get old after a while.
The apartments are VERY old and if you live upstairs like I did you will notice on the first day problems with the floors, it feels like holes in the carpets or floorboards.
The AC units are useless. They don't even adequately cool the room. I don't even bother using mine anymore.
The grounds are maintained daily. However, as previous reviewers have pointed out, hearing LOUD weedblowers every morning is a problem.
It's fairly expensive here. The payoff is it is mostly quiet and secure. The downside is these are older apartments that need a lot of work, the staff can be inconsistent, and you'll have lots of small maintenance problems (problems with plumbing, etc). You decide if its worth it.
