The grounds are so pretty

The apartment is spacious but kind of old.

It serves it's purpose for the price (I looked in Irvine, and Brea is just as nice but a lot cheaper).

The grounds here are so pretty, with the waterways and landscaping.

I love to power walk and this is a great place to do my walking! Tennis courts are in great shape too! A
